while checking to see how a new illustration would look on a canvas bag through cafepress, the pirates manage to muster up a homerun to make the top of the ninth inning 6 to 4 pirates (against the dodgers). it was looking so good, poor saito...
i was able to do two illustrations tonight. i can't sell them as is but will use them as templates and color them in digitally. i do like the one i did with wilhemina. she is one of my characters who among other things, is a polar bear advocate. i thought she would be appropriate for a 'green' theme especially with her polar bear friend bubelah (which is symbolic of my daughter).
as i am waiting for another image to upload i am just hoping the dodgers can pull it through for the bottom of the ninth. rick is actually at that game right now. i wonder if he is still there (with a few friends anda family, a guy's night kind of thing) or if he is already on his way home.
other than that, i changed the color scheme of seedlings a bit. i think it looks better now, more simpler. ah, my upload is done...hmmm...not bad...i think i would want my image a bit bigger but maybe that's as big as cafepress allows.
i'm coloring the second illustration right now...the dodgers just lost...sigh...well, i'll leave with one of the illustrations, pre-color...
